The problem
Companies and professionals shared the same frustration: CVs and online profiles list roles and skills, but say little about how someone collaborates, communicates or delivers. Informal references are biased, slow to collect and hard to compare. They needed a portable, verified signal with context, without exposing individual answers.
The solution
We built Honquest, a Bombordo platform that aggregates structured feedback from superiors, peers, reports, clients and partners. Identity is verified; individual answers are never shown. The result is a reputation profile with dimensions, sample size, recency and confidence ranges, complementary to CVs and LinkedIn, not a replacement.
